SUPERVISOR, SECURITY PROTECTIVE OPERATIONS CENTER

We are seeking a proactive, action-oriented leader to oversee the daily operations of the Memphis SPOC team. This role ensures facilities and personnel remain safe, secure, and fully operational. While based in Memphis, you will collaborate continuously with other SPOC teams nationwide. Close coordination with fellow SPOC leaders is essential to drive consistency and continuity across all sites. • Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of all SPOC tools (Everbridge, Ambient, Dataminr, Ontic, Genetec, etc.) and serve as an administrator for these systems.
• Identify opportunities and risks, dive deep into issues, and partner with internal and external teams to implement solutions. Deliver routine metrics and insights on Memphis-site incidents and recommend effective changes to leadership.
• Communicate clearly with senior management and organizational leaders to align on security priorities and direction.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Memphis organizational chart, including key leaders who must be notified during emergencies.
• Identify all Memphis/Mississippi locations by address and map.
