What you'll be doing

• Completing a short online survey in English
• Sharing your views on leadership, management, and workplace change
• Answering questions about your responsibilities and professional experience
• Providing information about the size and type of organisation where you work
• Giving honest, considered responses based on your own experience

Who we're looking for

You may be eligible if you:

• Currently live and work in Germany
• Currently work as a Abteilungsleiter / Head of Department or in a closely comparable senior role
• Lead a department and have responsibility for people, budgets, performance, or departmental strategy
• Work for an organisation with at least 1,000 employees
• Are comfortable completing an online survey in English
• Meet the requirements in the study's short pre-screening questionnaire

Participants may be asked to verify their identity, location, professional background, or other eligibility information.

Why participate?

Your experience will contribute to research into how large organisations can better support managers and employees as leadership expectations and workplace technologies change.

This is a paid research opportunity, not an application for permanent employment.
