Whether you are already rooted in this thriving region or looking to relocate for a better lifestyle without compromising your career trajectory, this is your opportunity to step into a career-defining role. While an unbridled passion for the oil sector is highly preferred, our absolute non-negotiable is an innate talent for transformative solution selling—someone who doesn't just manage a territory, but completely redefines what is possible within it. If you have the strategic instinct to turn complex challenges into high-value partnerships and want to anchor your success in a region known for its unmatched lifestyle and soaring commercial growth, we want to hear from you.

The Thrilling Opportunity Awaits!

Experience the rush of significant growth! This high-impact sales role is based in the vibrant South Island (Christchurch), and we want you to seize it. This isn't just an opportunity; it's a canvas for a passionate, driven trailblazer to own, innovate, and make an indelible mark. We're on the hunt for a talented and motivated Regional Business Development Manager to supercharge our team, with a laser focus on the lucrative lubricants sector.

Your Mission: Dominate the Lubricants Market

As a Business Development Manager at Bapcor, you'll be at the forefront, spearheading the promotion and marketing of our elite lubricant brands: Fuchs, Castrol, and Superiol. Your mission? To captivate new clients and deepen relationships with our existing oil partners. You'll be the architect of revenue growth, the master of market expansion, and the guardian of our stellar customer relationships. If you live and breathe solution selling and thrive in a high-octane, fast-paced environment, this is your arena!

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities That Drive Success

•Sales & Business Development Specialist: Hunt down and conquer new business frontiers within the commercial/automotive oil industry. Forge powerful connections with potential clients and deliver presentations that seal new commercial accounts.

•Client Relationship Architect: Build and fortify unshakeable relationships with our valued clients. Anticipate their needs, swiftly resolve challenges, and cultivate unwavering loyalty that fuels repeat business and enduring partnerships.

•Market Intelligence Guru: Become the oracle of industry trends, competitor manoeuvres, and market demands. Leverage this invaluable insight to craft and execute ingenious sales strategies that guarantee our competitive supremacy.

•Product Ambassador: Master our comprehensive portfolio of oil products and services. Confidently educate clients, transforming complex information into compelling solutions and delivering expert recommendations that exceed expectations.

•Target Accelerator: Set audacious sales targets, meticulously track your triumphs, and deliver powerful reports on your sales conquests and outcomes.

•Negotiation & Contract Dynamo: Command price negotiations and expertly manage contract agreements. Collaborate seamlessly with our sales and branch teams to secure winning terms every time.
