Scheduled to welcome its first residents early in the fourth quarter of 2027, we are seeking a seasoned and passionate operator to generate and drive sales of the site’s independent villas prior to opening – then continue overall management, growth, and service delivery of the established community.  We are envisaging that the successful candidate would commence in early February 2027.

Development will be staggered across several phases and once completed, the site will offer independent living and specialised care – enabling residents to continue to live within their community as their care needs change.

Prior to opening day and working with alongside the Sales Manager you will be responsible for villa sales, engagement of prospective residents and the wider community, and general operational support as construction continues. However, once established you will oversee all day-to-day operations, including team leadership, clinical care, gardens and property maintenance, and overall village performance.
