Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation programs from mobilisation, discovery, design, configuration, build, testing, deployment, go-live, Hypercare, and transition to support.
- Create and manage integrated program plans covering scope, milestones, workstreams, critical paths, dependencies, resources, budgets, environments, deliverables, and release schedules.
- Apply and tailor OUM, AIM, TCM, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches based on project complexity, contractual commitments, and client governance requirements.
- Establish program governance, decision rights, escalation paths, stage gates, quality controls, meeting cadence, and reporting standards across functional and technical workstreams.
- Own RAID management by identifying, assessing, assigning, tracking, mitigating, escalating, and closing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies with clear owners and due dates.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly status reports, executive dashboards, steering committee packs, milestone health, effort and budget variance, resource outlook, decision logs, and recovery plans.
- Lead client workshops, governance meetings, scope and design discussions, status reviews, risk escalations, steering committees, and executive communications, driving timely decisions and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, change requests, contracts, and deliverable acceptance while protecting project outcomes and commercial commitments.
