What You'll Bring
- Deep expertise in farm or agricultural insurance underwriting, with the ability to confidently assess complex risks and make sound commercial decisions.
- A strong understanding of rural customers, the agricultural landscape and the factors that influence risk and growth within the market.
- Credibility and deep sales experience to build trusted relationships with brokers, authorised representatives, customers and industry stakeholders.
- The ability to influence outcomes, challenge thinking and provide expert guidance across a range of underwriting matters.
- A collaborative approach to coaching and mentoring others, sharing knowledge and helping lift technical capability across teams.
- Confidence representing an insurer in market-facing environments, whether that's meeting customers, engaging with partners or facilitating technical discussions.
What We Offer

- 20 days annual leave + 5 days MyLeave (extra leave for what’s important to you).
- Up to 50% off personal insurance, including home and motor insurance.
