Reporting to the CFO, this role will establish procurement strategy, policy and governance; lead strategic sourcing and category management; develop supplier partnerships; and oversee a hybrid team of internal and outsourced resources. PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Build and lead the retained procurement organization, including the Director of Procurement Operations, category managers and a Contracts / CLM Manager; transition buying roles from acquired entities into the centralized model.
- Evaluate, select and contract the outsourced/offshore execution partner; define retained-versus-outsourced scope, service-level agreements (SLAs) and the transition plan, and manage ongoing partner performance.
- Implement a single enterprise source-to-pay process, purchasing policy and intake process, bringing regional purchasing, including Brazil and Mexico, into the enterprise model.
