Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Digital Technical Project Manager to lead a new B2B website project, bringing teams and external partners together to drive project planning, manage the RFP process, and ensure smooth delivery aligned with business goals.
Role:
Project & Vendor Management
- Act as the primary project manager for the enterprise website build and MarTech stack refresh.
- Own the roadmap, milestones, trackers, and documentation (sprints, stand-ups, sprint reviews, steering meetings) to ensure aligned timelines.
- Partner with Procurement to produce and run the comprehensive RFP pack to evaluate and select web development agencies.
- Manage the project budget by tracking vendor fees, production, and development costs, flagging any variances early.
- Plan and execute multi-market UAT, go-live approvals, DNS cut-overs, hypercare, and transition to post-launch support.
Strategy, Requirements & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Run discovery workshops with cross-functional groups (Marketing, Business Teams, Legal, and regional teams) to define objectives, site architecture, UX flow, and feature requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and a single requirements baseline.
- Coordinate review cycles, consolidate feedback, and manage approvals across internal teams and regional POCs.
- Control project scope, ensuring every change request is tied to a clear requirement, cost impact, and stakeholder decision.
- Define the in-market website access model, including central access control, market editing rights, and audit trails.
Technical Oversight & MarTech Integration
- Audit the existing B2B MarTech stack (Salesforce, Account Engagement/Pardot, GA4, Google Tag Manager) to identify gaps in data flow, lead scoring, tagging hygiene, and CRM integration.
- Develop an actionable execution plan to fix attribution bottlenecks and capture marketing-influenced revenue.
- Critically evaluate vendor proposals and output quality (e.g., test coverage, code-review sampling) against modern web development trends, SEO/GEO/AEO baselines, and performance targets.
- Oversee MarTech best practices, including reconfiguring tag management, pixels, custom dimensions, and Pardot–Salesforce data syncs.
