Key Responsibilities
Order Management
- Manage end-to-end order lifecycle from order receipt to customer delivery.
- Monitor order processing SLA and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Track order status and proactively resolve order exceptions.
- Coordinate order allocation across warehouses.
- Coordinate with Computacenter’s Global logistics partners
Warehouse & Fulfilment
- Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to achieve daily dispatch targets.
- Monitor warehouse productivity and fulfilment KPIs.
- Improve warehouse efficiency and process adherence.
Inventory Management
- Maintain inventory accuracy across all sales channels.
- Monitor stock availability and prevent overselling.
- Coordinate inventory replenishment with procurement teams.
- Perform inventory reconciliation and stock audits.
Customer Experience
- Monitor order fulfilment SLA.
- Reduce cancellations and returns.
- Improve customer satisfaction.
- Resolve escalations.
- Coordinate with customer support teams.
Logistics Management
- Coordinate with courier partners.
- Monitor pickup adherence.
- Track shipment movement.
