Whether your experience is in retail, business banking, data, tech, transformation, finance, or corporate services — or you’re passionate about these areas from another industry — we’d love to hear from you.

We’re building an inclusive, supportive workplace for everyone - no matter your age, gender, background or abilities. We also provide additional support to welcome our veterans, Indigenous Australians, and the neurodiverse community.

At Westpac we aim to help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians succeed by supporting Indigenous employees to build meaningful careers. Westpac has been granted an S126 Exemption to sections eight (8) and fifty-one (51) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW); this allows us to advertise and recruit this role exclusively to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants. This forms part of Westpac’s strategy to foster a multicultural, vibrant and diverse workforce.

If you have questions about the recruitment process, please email talentacquisition@westpac.com.au.

Do you need reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process?
We can provide reasonable adjustments for individuals with disability and/or neurodiversity. If you require an adjustment to be made during the recruitment process at any stage, please call 1800 655 592 Option 2.3 or email talentacquisition@westpac.com.au.
