• Current Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license
• Recent, hands-on experience assisting with veterinary dentistry, including dental radiology, ultrasonic scaling, polishing, and anesthesia monitoring
• Strong technical nursing skills with confidence in anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, and patient care
• A passion for mentoring veterinary assistants and sharing knowledge with the medical team
• Exceptional attention to detail and a personal commitment to providing gold-standard medicine
• Outstanding communication skills with both clients and teammates
• A positive, collaborative attitude and a genuine desire to continue learning and growing

Schedule

• Full-time
• Four 10-hour shifts
• One rotating late shift each week (9:30 AM–8:30 PM)
• Rotating Saturdays (every other week)

Why 5280 Veterinary Care?

Our culture is just as important as the medicine we practice. We've intentionally built a team where kindness, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning are everyday expectations—not just buzzwords. We value longevity, and we're proud that many of our team members have been with us for years. That kind of retention doesn't happen by accident; it's the result of investing in our people, supporting professional growth, and creating an environment where team members genuinely enjoy coming to work.

We believe exceptional medicine starts with exceptional communication. That's why client education is a cornerstone of everything we do—we take the time to explain the why behind our recommendations so pet owners can make informed decisions and become true partners in their pets' care.

Our community has recognized that commitment by honoring us with Nextdoor Neighborhood Fave Awards every year from 2022–2025, a Top 3 Best of Mile High finish in 2024, and the 2025 Colorado Companies to Watch – Caring for Colorado Award.

We're proud of what we've built, and we're looking for an RVT who wants to grow with a team that's committed to raising the standard of veterinary medicine every day.

We are dedicated to establishing a culture that celebrates all forms of diversity and allows us to be an inclusive service provider in this community.
