In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions that lead to unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities for enhanced mission effectiveness and survivability.

The EA-37B Compass Call Program Manager manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a program in the test and evaluation phase of development. These responsibilities go hand-in-hand with driving to achieve our financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. The successful candidate will lead by example, foster an inclusive and collaborative culture, and maintain our unwavering commitment to ethical behavior, safety and security.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Proven program management experience leading medium-sized development programs.
• Outstanding customer relationship skills.
• Experience executing programs using earned value management techniques and metrics.
• Strong proposal management skills and experience.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders and customers.
• Strong business acumen.
• Active Secret clearance and with ability to obtain a Top Secret SCI/SAP clearance.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Experience managing complex subcontracts.
• Active SCI/SAP clearances.
• Prior experience in engineering, especially for complex system integration.
• Experience leading programs as a program manager in all phases of the product life cycle. (development, production, sustainment).
• Agile development experience.
• Capture leadership experience.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
