Galliford Try is one of the UK's most formidable construction businesses with an enviable track record of delivering schemes that create positive, lasting change for the communities we work in.
Our Environment Business provides "source to sea" asset delivery capability across the UK and Scotland, delivering both framework and standalone projects for some of the UK's leading water companies. Since AMP3, we have delivered more than £2 billion of assets for clients including Yorkshire Water, United Utilities, Anglian Water, Thames Water, Southern Water, Welsh Water and Scottish Water.
As an established market-leading business, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team at a time of transformation as we continue to evolve and prepare for delivery in an increasingly digital and sustainable future.

- Promote Galliford Try's behavioural programme, Challenging Beliefs, Affecting Behaviours, helping to embed positive safety behaviours throughout our projects.
- Support the implementation of our HS&E Strategy, driving continual improvement and learning across the business.
- Implement and support compliance with our HS&E Management System, ensuring alignment with company and client requirements.
- Provide technical health, safety and environmental guidance to operational and site management teams.
- Engage with clients, supply chain partners, regulatory authorities, industry bodies and colleagues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support operational teams from planning through to project completion, ensuring proactive implementation of HS&E standards.
