Talent Acquisition Partner

CreateFuture is an AI-native consulting partner where people do work that matters and are supported to do it well. We work side by side with our clients, challenging what's not working and helping them to build the future.

We work alongside organisations such as PayPal, adidas, NatWest, FanDuel, and Money Saving Expert, building digital products and services that make a difference while always putting people first. Our commitment to craft, quality, and culture has helped us scale to over 600 people in just a few years.

About the role and team:

Our Talent Acquisition team hires the engineers, data and AI specialists, delivery consultants and product people who make CreateFuture's client work possible. As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own a portfolio of live roles end-to-end, working as a genuine partner to hiring managers and account leads rather than an order-taker, and coaching junior recruiters as you go.

What you'll be doing:

• Own a portfolio of live requisitions across engineering, data, AI, delivery or product roles, managing them end-to-end from brief to offer
• Partner closely with hiring managers and account leads to build robust briefs, define success profiles and agree realistic timelines
• Design and run interview processes that assess for craft and client-readiness, coaching interviewers on structure and calibration
• Build and maintain healthy talent pools for hard-to-fill or recurring roles, sourcing proactively rather than waiting on inbound
• Manage offer negotiations and closing conversations, balancing candidate expectations against our bandings and business needs
• Coach junior recruiters and coordinators on sourcing technique, pipeline hygiene and candidate experience

We'd love to talk to you if you:

• Can evidence a track record of closing technical or consulting hires end-to-end, with real numbers on volume and time-to-hire
• Have partnered directly with senior hiring managers or account leads on requisition strategy, not just order-taking
• Have designed or improved an interview process and can point to what changed and why
• Bring hands-on sourcing skill for niche or competitive technical markets
• Are comfortable coaching more junior colleagues and raising the bar on process

What we’ll offer you:

We trust people to do their best work. That means flexibility over rigid rules, impact over activity, and real investment in your growth both professionally and personally. You’ll be part of a supportive, and friendly culture, surrounded by smart, curious people who care deeply about what they do.

We offer flexible working, including hybrid and remote options. Our office hubs are located in Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester, London and Bulgaria, with occasional travel to client sites or CreateFuture offices when needed.

We trust you to manage your time balancing collaboration with client time and focused work. What matters is the impact you have, not how busy you look.

Our hiring process

We try to keep our hiring process clear, fair and respectful of your time. We aim to get back to everyone who applies and we will be upfront about where you are in the process.
