Role Overview
This is an opportunity for a HubSpot Administrator with approximately 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to support the day-to-day operation of an established HubSpot environment.
The role is well suited to someone who enjoys solving user problems, building and maintaining workflows, managing CRM data, and keeping sales and marketing processes running smoothly. You will work closely with users across a busy environment, taking ownership of routine platform administration while developing deeper expertise across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, reporting, integrations, and automation.
Requirements
- Approximately 2 to 3 years of practical experience working with HubSpot in an administrative, CRM, marketing operations, sales operations, or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience building and troubleshooting HubSpot workflows.
- Practical experience creating and maintaining custom properties across HubSpot CRM objects.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub.
- Experience supporting common CRM integrations or connected tools, ideally including scheduling, meeting, or communication platforms.
- Experience with user, team, role, or permission management within HubSpot.
- Ability to create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide useful operational information.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with CRM data, automation logic, and platform configuration.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate platform issues methodically.
- Clear communication skills and a service-focused approach when supporting non-technical users.
HubSpot certifications in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM, or Revenue Operations are advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to HubSpot users and respond to platform questions and requests in a timely and helpful manner.
- Build, test, maintain, and troubleshoot HubSpot workflows supporting sales, marketing, and enrolment-related processes.
- Create, update, and maintain custom properties across contacts, companies, and deals while following appropriate data governance practices.
- Maintain pipelines, forms, email templates, lists, segments, reports, dashboards, and other commonly used HubSpot features.
- Investigate workflow errors, failed automations, and unexpected outcomes, documenting fixes and escalating more complex issues where appropriate.
- Support integrations between HubSpot and tools such as Google Meet, Calendly, sales dialling platforms, and other relevant systems.
