Are you an experienced portfolio or regulatory-change professional ready to shape governance at Group level? Join us in Lithuania to lead a regulatory portfolio, advise senior stakeholders and strengthen oversight of complex change across Danske Bank.
As Regulatory Portfolio Manager, you will own designated portfolios and shape how regulatory change is governed, monitored and reported across business units and jurisdictions. The role offers broad exposure, senior-level engagement and the opportunity to develop the Group-wide Regulatory Model.
Be part of strengthening regulatory governance
You will join Regulatory Model Management, a collaborative and international team responsible for the governance and framework supporting a single pipeline of regulatory changes across Danske Bank Group.
Within Regulatory Model Management, you will set direction for your portfolio, create transparency for decision-makers and drive consistent standards across portfolios.
What you will be doing
- Own your assigned regulatory portfolio(s), engaging stakeholders, tracking progress and escalating material issues in a timely manner
- Help establish clear regulatory ownership and facilitate impact assessments for significant or cross-functional regulatory changes
- Monitor implementation and guide stakeholders in documenting progress and decisions in line with the Regulatory Model
- Safeguard data quality within your portfolios by operating relevant controls and ensuring information is accurate, complete and timely
- Contribute to data-quality improvements and consistent portfolio-management practices across the wider portfolio landscape
- Deliver consolidated, decision-ready reporting for senior management and relevant governance forums
- Advise and guide users on the Regulatory Model, governance requirements and supporting tools
- Identify and drive practical improvements to stakeholder service, internal processes, controls, tools and reporting
Collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement
We are looking for a colleague who builds trusted relationships, takes ownership and can create clarity in a complex and changing environment. You are curious, constructive and comfortable challenging existing practices when you see opportunities to improve quality or stakeholder outcomes.
About you
- You bring solid experience in portfolio management, regulatory change, governance, risk, compliance, business controls or a related discipline within a regulated organisation
- You hold a relevant master’s degree or an equivalent qualification
- You understand governance, controls and reporting, and effectively use data to identify issues and turn requirements into practical solutions
- You communicate clearly in English and can engage, guide and influence stakeholders across organisational levels and jurisdictions
- You are structured, analytical and quality-focused, with the judgement to prioritise effectively and maintain oversight of multiple activities
- You drive things forward until they are resolved and support a collaborative, open, and international team environment
What we offer you
The monthly gross salary ranges from EUR 4,400 to EUR 6,600, depending on relevant experience and competencies.
Additionally, each Danske Bank employee receives an employee benefits package, which includes:
- Growth opportunities: a professional and supportive team, e-learning, development programmes (including professional certificates) and 100+ professions for internal mobility opportunities.
- Health & well-being: a diverse and inclusive work environment that supports work–life balance, additional health insurance, mental well-being practices, partial psychologist counselling compensation, silence and sleep zones at the office, and game rooms.
- Hybrid working conditions: work from home up to two days a week, a home office budget (after the probation period), and a modern Danske Campus workplace designed with an anthropologist to support the best employee experience.
- Additional days of leave: for rest, health, volunteering, exams at higher education institutions and other important activities, plus additional days based on your seniority at Danske Bank.
- Monetary compensation package: accident and critical illness insurance, financial support in case of unfortunate events, travel insurance, and third-pillar pension fund contributions.
Your contractual job title will be Programme & Project Management.
“You will have an opportunity to make a visible contribution to one of Danske Bank’s important priorities. You will be trusted to take ownership of your portfolio, work closely with stakeholders across the Group and help shape how we manage regulatory change. You will also join a team where collaboration, professional curiosity and continuous improvement are central to how we work,” says your new leader, Birgitte Tjørnehøj Jørgensen.
