Job summary

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in combining technical expertise with strong sales acumen to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across a defined portfolio of customer and partner accounts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with customers, partners, and Account Managers to deliver business value, conduct demos and POC/Vs, and contribute to the success of bids and tenders. You will provide end-to-end technical and business value guidance before and during the sales cycle ensuring customer requirements are met with tailored, innovative solutions.

Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will be a key point of contact for clients, offering strategic insight and hands-on support. You'll also work closely with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer needs and organizational goals. With expected travel around 20-25%.

Your day to day will include:

Customer Engagement and Technical Discovery

• Conduct technical discovery calls to understand customer requirements, pain points, and existing infrastructure.
• Lead or participate in product demonstrations, showing how solutions meet client-specific needs.
• Translate complex customer requirements into actionable technical solutions or configurations.
• Assist with scoping customer environments to recommend best-fit products or services.
