This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, technology transactions, data privacy, and intellectual property. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to develop practical legal solutions that support innovative technology integrations while mitigating risk.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with third-party technology and service providers integrating their platforms into AI-powered applications and digital products.

- Strong understanding of GDPR and CCPA, particularly as they relate to data sharing, privacy, and security.
- Experience with intellectual property licensing, including software and content usage rights.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and provide practical legal guidance with minimal oversight.
