Production Support Coordinator

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:   As the Production Support Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting purchase order execution and production operations across our global sourcing network. You will help ensure the accurate and timely creation and maintenance of purchase orders, maintain critical order and production data, and support the successful execution of production and delivery commitments. Working closely with Global Supply Planning teams, Production Team, vendors, and cross-functional partners, you will support day-to-day order management, production tracking, reporting, and system activities that enable smooth execution throughout the production lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in supply chain operations, order management, ERP systems, and production processes while supporting the successful delivery of Arc'teryx products around the world.   This role is based out of our Shenzhen office and is expected to be performed on location.   Meet Your Future Team:   We are a highly versatile team of problem solvers and process makers, driving collaborative partnerships between Arc'teryx Headquarters, our vendors, and the Hong Kong Supply Chain team. If you were the Production Support Coordinator now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

• Coordinating with Global Supply Planning, Systems Operations, and vendor partners to support buy execution readiness and seasonal milestones.

• Performing PO creation and maintenance activities within SAP, ensuring purchase orders are created accurately and on time.

• Performing data validation and system readiness checks to ensure purchase orders are aligned with approved buy plans and business requirements.

• Monitoring open purchase requisitions, purchase order exceptions, highlighting issues and supporting timely resolution.

• Identifying data discrepancies, transaction errors, and system-related issues and escalating them appropriately for resolution.

• Preparing and maintaining Buyer Summary Status Reports, PO tracking reports, and execution trackers to support operational visibility.
