Sales & Marketing Assistant

Job Description

As we continue to grow, we're looking for confident, motivated individuals to join our team as Junior Sales & Marketing Assistants.

This is an entry-level opportunity suited to someone who enjoys working with people, wants to develop commercially valuable skills, and is looking for a role with genuine scope for professional development.

Previous sales or marketing experience isn't essential — full training and ongoing support are provided.

The Role

As a Junior Sales & Marketing Assistant, you'll work alongside an experienced team to support the delivery of customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns for our clients.

You'll gain practical experience in customer engagement, sales, brand representation and business development, while developing your communication and commercial skills through structured training and hands-on experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with potential customers across B2B and B2C campaigns
• Supporting customer acquisition and lead generation activity
• Developing your sales, communication and negotiation skills
• Maintaining a strong understanding of client products, services and campaigns
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve campaign objectives
• Participating in regular training, coaching and development sessions
• Building experience across sales, marketing and business development

What We're Looking For

We're interested in people with the right attitude and potential rather than one particular background.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Are confident, personable and comfortable speaking with new people
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are ambitious and keen to learn
• Enjoy working in a sociable, team-focused environment
• Have a positive and professional approach
• Are organised, reliable and self-motivated
• Enjoy working towards goals and seeing measurable results
• Want to develop a long-term career within sales, marketing or business development

Experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, promotions or marketing can be beneficial but isn't required.

What We Offer

• Full training from the outset
• Ongoing coaching and professional development
• Clear opportunities for progression based on performance and development
• Exposure to sales, marketing, customer acquisition and business development
• A supportive and collaborative working environment
• Opportunities to take on greater responsibility as your skills and experience develop
