• Experience in sales, business development, customer success, or another customer-facing commercial role.
• A strong hunter mentality: you enjoy opening doors, generating momentum, competing hard, and converting opportunity into new business.
• A challenger mindset, with the confidence to bring informed perspectives and constructively disrupt established ways of working.
• A strong interest in technology, business applications, and helping customers improve the way they work.
• Experience selling into SMEs or small businesses is valued, but not essential.
• Resilience, commercial curiosity, and the motivation to learn quickly and build a successful sales career.
• Confidence engaging new people, influencing senior stakeholders, and communicating a clear commercial point of view.
• Strong organisation and follow-through when managing leads, opportunities, and customer conversations.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Win new business across the SME market, helping customers solve real business challenges with Oracle NetSuite.
• Prospect into new accounts and engage business owners, finance leaders, operations leaders, and other senior decision-makers.
• Challenge the status quo by bringing fresh insight, identifying the cost of inaction, and creating a compelling case for change.
• Prospect, qualify, progress, negotiate, and close opportunities using a disciplined, value-based sales approach.
• Manage a high-velocity pipeline with pace, rigour, and a relentless focus on new customer acquisition.
• Learn how to position NetSuite’s market-leading cloud business applications, including ERP, CRM, PSA, eCommerce, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Ask incisive questions, uncover commercial priorities, and demonstrate how NetSuite can deliver measurable business value.
• Work with business development, solution consulting, product specialists, and sales leaders to execute compelling sales campaigns and win deals.
• Develop your expertise through world-class training, coaching, and hands-on sales experience.
