About the role:
Northern Star Resources has an exciting leadership opportunity at our Jundee Operations for a dynamic and driven Maintenance Leading Hand working FIFO ex Perth on 8 days on 6 days off rotation. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor, and the primary role is to assist in leading the mehcanical team in a safe and productive work environment by ensuring all work practices/procedures meet company safety & operational standards within the statutory standard.

To thrive in this role, you'll need…
Experience: The successful applicant will have similar leading hand experience with demonstrated experience in fault-finding and diagnostics. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment will be highly regarded, along with experience working in a fixed plant environment.
Qualifications: A current "C" Class Western Australian Driver's Licence, Trade Certified in Mechanical Fitting or Boilermaker/Fabrication & Schedule 26 completed.
Passion for Growth: A strong desire to be part of leading a succesful mechanical team contributing to Northern Star's dynamic and safe work environment.
