In this role, you'll:
• Provide high-level business, project and executive support across the Divisional Management Office to support organisational priorities and customer-focused outcomes.
• Coordinate and assist with the preparation of government services materials, including, briefing notes, GIPAs, subpoenas and Cabinet submissions to ensure the information provided is timely and accurate.
• Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure government services materials are coordinated and delivered within timeframes.
• Bring high level communication skills and the ability to translate jargon and technical information into Plain English, as well as outstanding attention to detail to ensure the delivery of accurate documents which are clear, concise, and formatted consistently.

About you
• You bring strong experience preparing government services products, including GIPAs, subpoenas, briefing notes and cabinet submissions.
• You bring experience in monitoring, analysing and reporting on business and project performance to achieve quality outcomes in complex environments.
• You’re recognised as a highly organised and adaptable professional, skilled at stakeholder engagement, communication and prioritising competing demands.
• You're proficient in Microsoft Office and related systems.
Location: role is based in Milsons Point with hybrid working arrangements.
