Role Overview
The Vice President, Capital Markets (Securities-Based Lending) will play a critical role in delivering market-based financing solutions to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. The role partners closely with Private Wealth Advisors, underwriting, and risk partners to originate, structure, and manage sophisticated securities-based lending solutions while maintaining a strong control and risk discipline. The position sits within the Private Bank’s Capital Markets platform, reflecting the team’s market-facing, solutions-oriented approach to lending.

The expected base salary for this California, United States-based position is $85,000-$270,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
