Te Tūranga | About the role:
The Production Auditor is a key senior member of the Technical/Compliance team and is responsible for ensuring our quality control and food safety programs are implemented effectively on site. Alongside the team the Production Auditor will be responsible for maintaining our compliance, food safety and improvement plans, as well as supporting our Quality Controllers to complete complex activities.
This position is based at our Waitōtara site, and the successful candidate will need to be available to work from 7am-4pm with some flexibility for afternoon shiftwork within the team. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate to relocate to the region.

To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate experience as an Internal Auditor and/or Quality Systems Specialist and be able to effectively influence and support our people to meet all our requirements across production, food safety, quality, and regulatory frameworks. You will be confident with identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and be confident with setting a high standard of work, driving team engagement and have an elevated level of attention to detail.
