WH&D Coordinator

Ready to make an impact on supply chain performance across the Pacific region? Join Kellanova as a Pacific WH&D Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across warehousing, transportation, and distribution. You'll partner closely with 3PL providers, drive inventory accuracy, optimize logistics performance, and help deliver outstanding service to our customers across Colombia and Ecuador.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

• Drive operational excellence by monitoring 3PL performance, tracking KPIs, and leading corrective action plans when needed.
• Ensure end-to-end visibility across warehouse and distribution operations through strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Coordinate fleet planning and transportation capacity based on demand forecasts and business needs.
• Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Manage returns processes and support timely issue resolution.
• Lead OTIF and customer KPI reconciliations to strengthen service performance.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, including SICETAC requirements.
• Own inventory accuracy and controls, partnering with stakeholders to reduce variances and enhance visibility.

We're Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics operations, preferably within FMCG.
• Experience managing 3PL providers and transportation partners.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Power BI.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to influence, communicate effectively, and drive results in fast-paced environments.
• Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
