Job roles & responsibilities:
"• Identifying viable Process, Facility creation, Equipment planning for new project as well as capacity enhancement in the engine Shop & assembly / testing area.
• Prepare detailed techno commercial proposals highlighting justification, benefits, estimated payback and cost estimations for discussion / approval of Corporate Planning / Senior Management based on feasibility.
• RFQ preparation, getting Quotation, ordering, DAP, trial at suppliers end & at site for installation & commissioning of facilities.
• Layout planning and layout option workouts / update the changes for future references.
• Manage the installation and commissioning of the new equipment in conjunction with the suppliers; ensure adequate training to production and maintenance engineers prior to handover.
• Prepare / update Process estimate for existing / new models, PFMEA/PFD/PLM/DPE, Capacity Utilization for Monthly & Yearly production volumes and Knowledge Data Base for the Engine Shop."
