Job Summary & Objectives
The Financial Performance Infrastructure & Transformation Manager plays a critical role in supporting Firm leadership by overseeing financial reporting, planning processes, and the governance of core financial data. This individual will drive consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement across the function by identifying and leading initiatives focused on process simplification, automation, operational efficiency, and reporting enhancements.
The Financial Performance Infrastructure & Transformation Manager will be responsible for developing and managing reporting calendars, prioritizing deliverables, and ensuring alignment between reporting activities and evolving business needs. In addition to delivering high-quality financial insights, this role will establish and maintain documentation standards, standardize key processes, and build a center of excellence for financial reporting and analytics across the Firm.
The Financial Performance Infrastructure & Transformation Manager will also partner closely with Senior Management to support the development and execution of financial strategies that advance the Firm’s broader business objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and manage enhancement roadmaps and priorities.
Oversee user acceptance testing, system upgrades, and change management activities to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
Monitor system performance, data quality, and user adoption, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and enhanced functionality.

Salary Information
NY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $190,000 at the time of posting.
The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.
