About the role
The role is that of Group Transport Relationship Manager within Technology Sourcing. It reports directly to the Logistics and Technical Services (LTS) and forms part of the LTS senior management team.
The purpose of the role is to manage our 3rd party logistics partners across our North American Technology Sourcing business. This includes contract negotiations and management; managing or overseeing related projects and programs; contributing to business strategy; and acting as a point of escalation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the relationship with our carriers and for maintaining and improving delivery services to our customers. Key internal stakeholders include LTS Leadership Managers, Sales Leaders and Partner Management, Legal, GIS and Finance.

Legally eligible to work in the United States
Experience of working with the logistics sector, at senior level, with a track record of managing business critical partnerships [3+ years]
Experience in managing contracts, including tenders and negotiations
Business acumen and extensive industry knowledge
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work across different countries and cultures
Good communication skills
Experience in escalation management
Team-oriented thinking and working
High self-motivation, sustainability, and implementation strength
Must be fluent in English. French or German language skills will be beneficial
