Department: Casualty – Employers' Liability & Public Liability
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Paralegal to join our established Employers' Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) team in Birmingham. Working alongside experienced Partners, Legal Directors, Associates and Solicitors, you will play a key role in supporting the handling of a varied caseload of defendant EL/PL claims on behalf of insurers, corporate clients and public sector organisations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop their legal career within a leading insurance litigation practice, gaining exposure to high-quality work and a broad range of liability claims.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and ambitious individual with a genuine interest in insurance litigation and liability claims. You will be committed to delivering excellent client service, have a commercial mindset, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop within a collaborative team environment.
