In this role, you'll:
Be reporting to the Campaigns Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of high-profile behaviour change and awareness campaigns that support multimillion-dollar, statewide programs.
You'll work across the full campaign lifecycle, from strategy and media planning through to creative development, production, implementation and evaluation. This includes managing external agencies, developing campaign briefs, overseeing budgets, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and achieve measurable outcomes.
A key part of the role is reviewing, interpreting and challenging media plans to ensure investment is aligned to target audiences, campaign objectives and performance expectations. You'll be responsible for driving audience-led campaign strategies and identifying the most effective channels to maximise reach and impact.
You will also oversee the production of campaign assets across a variety of channels, including television, outdoor advertising, digital, radio and social media. Working closely with creative and media agencies, you'll ensure high-quality creative execution that resonates with audiences and supports campaign objectives.
