We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing digital engineering team in a newly created role designed to accelerate Zurich’s digital transformation. This is a high-impact opportunity to help shape the digital experiences that connect customers with Zurich, strengthen our digital acquisition capability, and support our ambition of becoming Australia’s leading digital insurer.

Working across the full stack, you'll contribute to the evolution of our websites, customer journeys, platforms and services. You'll have the opportunity to solve a wide variety of technical challenges, influence engineering practices, and help deliver modern digital experiences that create real value for customers and the business.

You will also be responsible for the following:

• Design, build and enhance digital products, customer experiences and web capabilities across the full technology stack
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs and integrations that support customer and business outcomes
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions from concept through to production
• Contribute to engineering standards, technical direction and continuous improvement initiatives across the team
• Support the delivery of digital acquisition and customer engagement capabilities through innovative technology solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, security and customer experience across digital platforms

**You'll be a curious and adaptable engineer who enjoys working across different technologies, teams and business challenges. You thrive in collaborative environments, take ownership of outcomes, and bring a customer-focused mindset balanced with a passion for engineering excellence.

In order to be successful, you will have the following:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer delivering modern digital products and customer-facing applications
• Strong capability across frontend technologies, backend development and API design
• Experience building scalable, secure and maintainable solutions within complex enterprise environments
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple technologies and quickly learn new tools, platforms and frameworks
• Experience contributing to software engineering best practices, code quality and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
