Position Responsibilities:
Focus on providing technical support for internal and external-facing services related to the catalog as a Support Engineering Manager within Amazon's Catalog Support and Programs (CSP) team. Collaborate with a team of Support Engineers, drive operational excellence, and enhance customer experiences by improving processes and optimizing team performance. Play a key role in shaping the team's strategic direction, establishing performance metrics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management for Support Engineers. Focus on optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality solutions. Work to improve the support experience for both internal users and external customers related to the catalog. Define the team's goals, performance metrics, and long-term vision. Encourage innovation, collaboration, and growth within the team. Resolve complex technical issues and develop solutions. Develop tools and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and four years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have three years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) leading system development teams; (2) software development or technical support experience; (3) scripting in modern program languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C, C++ or Go; (4) troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
