Role Summary
This role will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for our institutional business in the Americas, which spans pension funds, endowments, foundations, sovereign wealth funds, and insurers. The role will assist client-facing teams, product strategy, investment teams, and broader Asset Management (AM) marketing team by helping to coordinate marketing activities, gather insights, and contribute to full-funnel plans that support business growth in this critical segment.
Position Responsibilities
Qualifications
2-5 years of relevant marketing or financial services experience; internship experience in asset management or financial services is a plus
Foundational understanding of the asset management industry, including clients, products, and competitors; willingness to deepen knowledge of regulations and industry dynamics
Strong analytical mindset with curiosity, attention to detail, and emerging commercial awareness
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize information from multiple sources and contribute to clear, well-structured messaging
Eagerness to learn from subject matter experts across the broader marketing team
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards under time pressure
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, basic martech tools, and analytics platforms within a B2B context
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) required

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $100000-$160000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
