About the role
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Lead Instructional Designer - Associate to drive the design, development, and implementation of high-impact learning solutions within the Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) Team. In this role, you will not only design scalable eLearning, instructor-led, and blended learning solutions aligned with key business objectives, but you will also lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of instructional designers.
As a key partner to the business, you will proactively manage stakeholder engagement across various departments—aligning expectations, navigating complex priorities, and securing buy-in from business leaders and subject matter experts. You will oversee the team's project pipeline, manage resources effectively, and ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at navigating ambiguity, and possesses the leadership and relationship-management skills to translate complex business needs into cohesive, impactful learning experiences.
