Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of our ERP systems as we move from delivery into a continuous improvement focus.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how core business systems support and enable our organisation. You'll be responsible for driving continuous improvement across a complex ERP landscape, ensuring our platforms deliver measurable value and support business growth.

What you’ll own:

As Product Manager – ERP, you'll own the direction and prioritisation of a portfolio of business-critical platforms, including:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) – Finance, Inventory, and Warehouse Management
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) – CRM and supplier management capabilities
• Additional enterprise platforms including our Oracle HCM system

These platforms underpin key business functions across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Inventory, Warehousing, and People & Culture.

Working closely with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and end users, you'll ensure investment decisions are aligned to strategic objectives and deliver meaningful outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Define and own the ERP product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Prioritise initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and technical considerations
• Translate business requirements into clear, outcome-focused product initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with technology teams and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions
• Drive adoption, optimisation, and continuous improvement across the ERP ecosystem
• Balance short-term business needs with long-term platform sustainability

What you'll bring

We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. You may be an experienced Product Manager, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or business leader with deep ERP expertise and a passion for driving business outcomes through technology.

You'll likely have:

• Experience working with ERP platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or related enterprise system
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• The ability to translate complex business needs into practical technology solutions
• Experience prioritising competing demands and managing roadmaps
• A strategic mindset combined with strong delivery focus
• A passion for continuous improvement and creating business value
