National Grid is recruiting an Performance Improvement Officer - This role will be based from our Warwick office - Hybrid working

We're looking for a Performance Improvement Lead to help drive our performance improvement agenda across Asset Operations, the team responsible for maintaining the high-voltage electricity network across England and Wales.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse business, partnering with teams and leaders at all levels to identify opportunities, solve business challenges and deliver sustainable improvements. With hybrid working and a varied portfolio of projects, you'll have the flexibility to manage your own workload while making a real impact on business performance.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in process improvement who can identify opportunities, influence stakeholders and deliver meaningful change.
