In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of the Finance, Technology & Commercial - Divisional Management Office, a high performing team delivering executive support.
You'll work in a matrix environment, provide high-level executive support to two Executive Directors in the Commercial & Energy Management branch, including diary and calendar management, meeting coordination, and managing the inbox, preparation of correspondence, submissions, briefs and reports and organising information pack.
Act as a key liaison point on behalf of senior executives, managing information flow and ensuring communication is clear, timely and appropriately prioritised.
Coordinate the delivery of services and business operations across the Commercial & Energy Management branch senior leadership team
Facilitate the smooth running of all the high level meetings
Support compliance with business management systems, contribute to continuous improvement, and partner with key stakeholders externally and internally to ensure effective and efficient functioning of the team

About you
Your demonstrated knowledge and experience lending executive support and administrative functions formed across roles you have held in the public sector will see you excel in this role.
You will be a pro-active thinker who can forecast and mitigate issues in a timely manner to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the business unit.
