Role Purpose-
To lead and manage maintenance and operations of dyeing and utility equipment, including preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. The role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operations while driving energy conservation initiatives and meeting sustainability KPIs.

Education, Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with 10+ Years experience.
**Languages Known-**English and Tamil
Essential:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with problem solving approach.
Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of technicians/professionals.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at a time.
Knowledge on legal requirements related to Factories act, TN Factory rules
Knowledge of Health, safety & environmental standards and laws.
