About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
As the Observability & Network Manager, you will lead the strategy, performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of ACC's enterprise networking and observability capabilities.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the availability, resilience, security, and performance of critical technology services that support millions of interactions with New Zealanders.
You'll lead a high-performing technical team, influence technology direction, drive AI-enabled observability and automation, and partner across engineering and leadership teams to deliver modern, scalable, and reliable services that help keep Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
We are seeking an experienced leader who brings proven capability operating and evolving enterprise-scale network and observability functions within complex environments where reliability, resilience, and service performance are critical.
The appointing salary for this role is $117,787 - $152,430 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance.
