This is your opportunity to join an innovative NSW Government organisation that keeps the state moving.
In this role you'll:
Provide leadership across systems governance, assurance, data management and access control practices within a complex and highly regulated environment.
Ensure the integrity, security and compliant operation of a number of workforce systems, primarily supporting Hire to Retire (HTR) and Time to Pay (TTP) capabilities.
Lead governance, assurance and control activities to support legislative, regulatory, audit and organisational compliance requirements.
Drive audits, compliance reviews, risk management activities, control health checks and remediation initiatives, acting as a key escalation point for privacy, security and system access matters.
Partner with business leaders, service owners, IT stakeholders and vendors to strengthen governance, service delivery and continuous improvement outcomes across workforce systems.
Maintain governance frameworks, operating models and technology roadmaps that support sustainable and scalable service delivery.
Develop, coach and mentor a high-performing team responsible for governance, assurance, access management, data stewardship and compliance activities.
Champion initiatives that improve governance maturity, strengthen control environments and enhance the effective management of workforce information and technology services.

About you
You are an experienced people leader with a strong background in governance, assurance, compliance and operational oversight of enterprise business systems.
You have demonstrated experience in:
