This role is available in our London or Preston office with travel between locations required.</span></p><p><span style="color: #63666A">As a senior leader you will be accountable for ensuring FSS deliver a premium service to our stakeholders, focused on exceptional service, seamless end to end processes, and modern, efficient ways of working. You will ensure that interfaces are simple, dependable, insight-driven and digitally led, while maintaining strong governance, controls and operational resilience.</span></p><p><span style="color: #63666A">As a trusted adviser to senior leaders, you will shape and execute the long-term FSS strategy, navigate and prioritise competing demands, proactively manage stakeholders, and collaborate across the organisation.</span></p><p><span style="color: #63666A">You will driving continuous improvement and build a high performing team covering the following areas:</span></p><ul><li><span style="color: #63666A">Accounts Payable & Expenses</span></li><li><span style="color: #63666A">Accounts receivable</span></li><li><span style="color: #63666A">Payroll</span></li><li><span style="color: #63666A">Payments</span></li></ul><p><span style="color: #009CDE">You’ll make an impact by:</span></p><ul><li><span style="color: #63666A">Positioning Finance Shared Services as a client centric service provider, delivering consistent, intuitive and high quality experiences for internal and external clients</span></li><li><span style="color: #63666A"> Establishing clear service standards, by developing existing service legal agreements, and evolve measures that reflect client expectations and ensure clarity of ownership and fast resolutions</span></li><li><span style="color: #63666A">Embedding premium ways of working across Finance Shared Services - balancing pace, quality and collaboration </span></li><li><span style="color: #63666A">Leading digital enablement for Finance Shared Services, maximising value from Workday and driving automation, workflow orchestration, self service and AI adoption</span></li><li><span style="color: #63666A">Providing executive oversight across all FSS areas and ensuring processes are designed for scale, risk mitigation, compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency</span></li><li><span style="color: #63666A">Leading, mentoring and developing the team, enabling them to grow capability and performance</span></li></ul><br><p><strong><span style="color: #009CDE">What we are looking for:</span></strong></p><p><span style="color: #63666A">We value diverse experiences and perspectives.
