Employment type**:** 2 ongoing, Full Time 5D (5 Days) roles
Salary: $94,456 pa + Incidental Allowance + Leave Loading + Superannuation

Macquarie Correctional Centre is seeking a motivated and capable Trade Overseer experienced in Engineering to lead engineering workshop operations while developing practical trade skills and work readiness among inmates to support successful reintegration into the community.
This is more than a traditional workshop role. You will combine your engineering trade expertise with leadership, coaching and operational delivery in a dynamic environment where your work creates meaningful outcomes every day.
Key Accountabilities:
The Successful candidates are provided with paid training to undertake Certificate III in Correctional Practice at an allocated Corrective Services Academy training facility.
