Accounts Payable Administrator

Te Tūranga | About the Role 

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you’ll be part of a collaborative team ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial processes. Your responsibilities will span accounts payable, reconciliations, credit management, and documentation, all while providing a high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Processing accounts transactions in line with policy.
• Reconciling accounts, statements, and payment schedules.
• Supporting credit management and debt recovery activities.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Partnering with managers, suppliers, and customers to resolve queries.
   

This is a fixed term role available until December 2026 to provide support additional tasks post go-live for our new D365 ERP.

Ōu Pūkenga | About You
 

You’ll bring experience in accounts administration or similar finance roles, with proven skills in accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and credit management. 

Additionally, you should bring:

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and general ledger/accounts systems.
• A customer-focused approach, with the ability to resolve queries quickly and effectively.
