The opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director, Organisational Development (OD).
In this role, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support for the People Leadership team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the OD group and broader People function. Working closely with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders across CSIRO, you will play a critical role in delivering professional and effective support in a fast-paced environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional seeking a part-time role, where you can provide high-level executive support, build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to work that delivers impact through science and innovation.
Your high-level duties will include:

Salary: AU$100k – AU$113k per annum (pro-rata for part-time) + 15.4% superannuation
Tenure: Indefinite, Part-time (20 hours per week)
