In this role, you'll:
Provide hands-on technical leadership across OpenText Archive Server, Content Server, Directory Services, Document Presentment, Capture Center while supporting SAP-integrated solutions including Invoice Management, Archiving and Document Access, xECM and Employee File Management. You’ll lead OpenText implementations, upgrades, and BAU support initiatives, identify and integrate SAP add-on requirements, configure supporting web/application servers such as IIS and Tomcat. Independently work with Architects, Platform, Security, Enterprise Architecture, Functional and delivery teams to resolve issues, shape solutions and prevent technical debt.
This is a Permanent TfNSW Grade 9 position. This role is governed by our hybrid working model, which forms part of the organisation’s Flexible Working Arrangements and associated procedures.

**About you
**You bring hands-on experience across core OpenText products and SAP OpenText applications, supported by relevant certifications and strong expertise. You have proven experience with OpenText implementations, upgrades and support, understand SAP integration patterns and enterprise platform environments. You communicate clearly with the ability to influence outcomes and explain technical options, risks and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
