In this role, you'll:
be working as part of a team delivering property acquisition dispute and claims management outcomes, this role will see you supporting the end to end management of property claims and litigation matters arising from major transport infrastructure projects.
You will develop and manage case documentation, undertake research, and evidence collation, prepare settlement options, and work closely with legal representatives to progress matters efficiently. You will navigate complex claims processes, deadlines, and stakeholder requirements to deliver effective case management and cost conscious settlement outcomes in a fast paced legal and property acquisition environment.

About you
Your strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, formed across property, legal, claims, government, infrastructure or professional services environments, will see you excel in managing competing priorities, supporting litigation and mediation processes, and maintaining accurate case and cost tracking.
You will bring a structured, detail oriented approach to documentation, stakeholder liaison, and reporting, leading to timely case progression, reduced litigation risk, and sound financial outcomes for the organisation.
You’re recognised as a resilient and ethical professional, skilled at preparing case materials, coordinating with internal and external legal stakeholders, and experienced in property claims, dispute resolution support, legal administration, or case management within complex regulatory or government settings.
