The Role:

As an e-Billing Analyst, reporting to the Billing Manager, you will work closely with the wider Finance Team to support the firms end-to-end e-Billing process - from client implementation, through to successful delivery of the e-Billed invoice to the client.

Your role as an e-Billing Analyst is an integral role within our International Operations Team and your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintenance of complex relationships with clients and key stakeholder groups including Practice Groups, Working Capital Management, Finance Operations, IT, Global Client teams and 3rd party suppliers
• Accurate input and maintenance of data in vendor systems such as Legal Tracker, TyMetrix, Collaborati and CounselLink amongst others
• Timely and accurate submission of invoices to the appropriate platforms
• Reporting, monitoring and resolution of any invoice rejections
• Maintenance of eBilling mailboxes responding to queries on a timely basis
• Provision of effective training and support to Billing teams, both in the UK and our International Offices

Qualifications:

• Experience in legal billing is essential
• Strong knowledge of legal billing systems and eBilling platforms.
• Familiarity with law firm billing guidelines and compliance requirements.
