We are committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace - a place where we can each be ourselves and do the best work of our lives. At Tracksuit we consider a unique perspective, diverse experience and a growth mindset to be of greater value than ticking every box on a JD. If you think you have what it takes but donât have the exact experience weâve set out, please still get in touch and apply. Weâd love to chat!
At Tracksuit we provide beautiful, radically affordable, always-on brand tracking which is easy to use compared to traditional methods. We recognise that sounds like a ton of buzzwords for marketers, so what it really means is that we did over tens of thousands of surveys last month to find out what real humans think and feel about the worldâs best brands and their competitors. Are you our next Engineering Manager?
Weâre looking for two Engineering Managers to join our Embedding Brand team and our Brand Ecosystems team at Tracksuit in Auckland.
Youâll be responsible leading our engineering efforts, which includes working with product and design, leading engineers and rituals and ways of working.
Embedding Brand
This team is solving one of the biggest challenges in brand tracking: helping customers actually use their data. Today, most customers log in, glance at their metrics, and leave without knowing what's changed or what to do about it.
Embedding Brand is changing that through conversational AI and intelligent product experiences that guide customers from raw data to strategic insight.
You'd be leading a team through an early, high-signal phase: a pilot is live with real customers, and the next step is scaling it. It's a mix of AI product development, deep customer understanding, and figuring out what "good" looks like in a space where nobody's cracked it yet.
Brand Data Ecosystems
This team exists to make Tracksuit data work beyond the dashboard. Customers want brand health metrics flowing into their BI tools, data warehouses, and marketing mix models alongside everything else they measure.Â
The team is building a new API from the ground up, co-designing it directly with customers and partners.Â
You'd be leading through an early co-build phase with real enterprise and mid-market customers, shaping both the technical foundations and the go-to-market motion.
If you like the intersection of platform engineering, external-facing product, and working closely with customers, this is that role.
Why join us at Tracksuit?
We're one of Australasia's fastest growing startups, and at just a few years old, we're incredibly grateful and excited to already be working with 1,000+ epic brands across NZ, AU, USA, Canada, and the UK.
We're a tight-knit, supportive, and ambitious team, driven to empower companies to use brand to drive success. Our culture thrives on transparency, trust, learning, and constant development.
Underpinning the experience are our great benefits, including:
⌿ Compensation: Competitive market rate remuneration, reviewed regularly with a strong focus on fairness and transparency. ⌿ Employee Share Option Program (ESOP): So that everyone on the team shares in Tracksuit's success. ⌿ Health & wellbeing: Annual wellness bonus, access to EAP, and generous annual leave. ⌿ Parental benefits: Paid parental leave and support for a smooth return to work. ⌿ Learning & development: Annual L&D budget plus opportunities for growth, mentorship, and exposure. ⌿ Flexible working: Office-first culture with flexibility to support balance and performance.

đž FYI â We're pet-friendly in principle and practice, with the occasional four-legged visitor adding to the charm, not the chaos.
