How You Will Fulfill Your Potential
As an Associate, you will be a cornerstone of our deal teams, driving the execution of complex financial transactions including M&A, divestitures, and capital raises. You will lead the analytical process by developing sophisticated financial models and bespoke valuations, while managing comprehensive due diligence workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams of legal and tax advisors. Beyond technical execution, you will play a vital role in strengthening client relationships, crafting high-impact presentations that synthesize industry trends into actionable strategic advice. This role offers deep exposure to the firm’s global platform, providing a high-velocity environment to sharpen your leadership, communication, and marketing expertise as you help clients navigate their most critical milestones.
Skills And Experiences We Are Looking For
Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $150000-$225000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
